Folklore Farms
Two generations, running grass based farms on land that has been in the family
for three generations.
The Seibel's who care for their Resisted Katahdin hair sheep (FL flock prefix) to produce quality stock and lamb products . And the Haffenbredls who have been raising their
Registered Jersey and other breeds of cattle, to provide grade A milk which is
shipped to Dairy State Cheese Co in Rudolph, WI. Both families manage
their farms using Managed Intensive Grazing and minimal grain inputs. Animals
are outside on clean grass in a relaxed environment whenever possible.
